Work schedule is 8 hour days, Monday – Friday with shifts starting as early as 5:30 am, 6:00 am, and 6:30 am. Weekend and holiday is rotational. Weekend and holiday shifts are 5:30 am- 10:30 am Saturday and Sunday.

High volume of phlebotomy (70+) per day

– Computer data entry

– Assist physicians with exams and procedures such as insemination’s, hysterosalpingograms, hysteroscopies and oocyte retrievals. (On the job training will be provided for these additional duties as needed.)

– Cleaning and sterilizing equipment/autoclave

-Scheduling surgeries

– Data entry

Qualifications and Skills

– High School diploma or GED.

– Certification in medical assisting preferred

– A minimum of 3 years as a medical assistant

– Ability to work at a fast pace and endure high volumes independently

– Excellent venipuncture technique; able to successfully draw difficult patients

– Ability to work as early as 5:30 AM

– MUST have 2 COVID vaccines

Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan, a leading fertility clinic, is seeking a Part Time Marketing and Community Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Candidates should be energetic, friendly, and patient-focused. Apply now to be a part of our expert team!

This position promotes Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan name awareness to both the medical community and general consumer; creates and posts relevant impactful social media content that drives engagement across all social media platforms, as well as facilitates all marketing events.

This is a part-time position, average three (4) days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Start time has flexibility 6:30 am or 7:00 am.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– College Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care or related field.

– Proven experience in marketing or related role

– Event planning for 100 or more

– Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing within medical settings. Advertising, PR Agency or Corporate Communications experience a plus.

-Experience with volunteer management, business development, social media marketing, media relations, budgeting, strategic planning, and public relations
– Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms

-Familiarity with infertility or women’s health is beneficial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Establishing a high level of customer service by facilitating referrals and effectively communicating accurate information and updates about the practice and our services.

· Marketing calls to doctors’ offices – drops off information and build rapport with staff.

· Willingness to cold call new potential referral sources.

· Coordinate marketing events.

· Manage and uphold the online reputation of the practice, ensuring positive reviews, responses to feedback, and proactive strategies for maintaining a favorable digital presence.

· Develop and publish engaging social media content to drive interaction across various platforms.

· Create compelling graphic ads for both print and digital mediums.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.

-Assist with website development and content.

-Proficiency in computer applications, including EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and Microsoft Office suite.

-Willingness to travel locally required.

– Perform additional duties as assigned.
